Blacksmith Shop

The last relative of the Blacksmith, Matthew Cooke, was Kit Cameron. She agreed to sell the Blacksmith shop to Elders Stock Agents for demolition so that a new Elders premises could be built. Dr Brian Coulson wanted to save the building from destruction and formed a local consortium which bought it from Kit within hours of the contracts being exchanged. Elders had to find another site for their building.
